Kayako's localization features let you choose which language your team and your customers will see. You have the option to change the default language for your Kayako, as well as enable more than one language for your team and customers to choose from.
Each language that Kayako supports is available at one or more of the following levels:
- Agent area – Agents will be able to choose from these languages to translate the agent and admin areas.
- Help Center interface – Customers and visitors will be able to choose from these languages to translate the Help Center interface.
- Content you create (such as custom fields and Help Center content) – Your team will be able to translate your own content (such as Help Center articles, or custom field titles) into these languages.
