Where can I find a list of all my customers or organizations?

You can find lists of all of your customers or organizations from sidebar in the agent area. The user list icon is just below the inbox: 

The organization list is just beneath it: 

Each list has options so you can filter by whatever attributes you choose, making it easy and fast to find the people or companies you're looking for.
