We’re excited to announce a new Kayako release which focuses on the product stabilization. Below are the highlights.  

Defects [Fixed]

[KAYAKO-9535]: Kayako Insights considers only UTC/GMT time zone. The Insights calculations should be done according to the agent’s timezone.

[KAYAKO-12160]: TNK should allow reordering of customer fields at query submission form[Help Center]. 

[KAYAKO-12170]: Intermittently Kayako search is getting failed while creating a new conversation at agent portal.
