Using Zapier, you can connect Kayako to many of your other favorite apps to build powerful integrations, without having to write a single line of code. Before you get started, we recommend checking out our Help Center article about getting started with the Kayako app on Zapier, if you haven't already.
To help new users get started building Zapier automations – also known as 'Zaps' – we've put together some templates you can use as a jumping off point. Each template will help you create a Zap that performs a specific task.
For example, the 'Add new Magento customers as users on Kayako' template will let you automatically create a new user in Kayako every time a new customer registers on your Magento e-commerce site. All you need to do is log into your Kayako and Magento accounts from Zapier, and you'll be able to enable or edit the Zap immediately.
Below you'll find a list of all of the pre-built Zap templates available for the Kayako app. You can use any of these templates as-is, or you can customize and build upon them to suit your organization's needs.

You can enable any of these templates on your Zapier account, as soon as you've authorized all of the apps involved. Click the Use this Zap button to start using or customizing any of these templates in your Zapier account.
