How do I change the requester on a conversation?

You can edit the requester using the dropdown on the conversation screen.

With the dropdown open, you can click the 'Change requester' option, and start typing to search, using a customer's name or email address. When you're done, click the correct result of the customer you'd like to select, and you're all set.
