Your network administrator will be in the best position to be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Most of the time, this error will be the result of something in your network or firewall configuration that is blocking Kayako and causing problems with its websocket connections.
We recommend that your network administrator use https://websocketstest.com/ to diagnose the root of the problem, so they add Kayako to the list of allowed connections.
